Overview.
Evergreen Valley College is committed to institutional effectiveness in order to support student success and academic quality. The college's Institutional Effectiveness Committee (IEC) collaborates with key entities on campus to facilitate work focused on quality improvement.

EVC utilizes various opportunities to set targets and goals as well as evaluate its effectiveness in reaching these goals and targets. The college currently utilizes the District Global Ends Statements and Policies, the college strategic plan, and the Vision for Success to set Institutional Set Standards (ISS). Historically, the college used the Institutional Effectiveness Partnership Initiative (IEPI), and Scorecard data to review its progress.
