Eligibility

To apply, a student must be AB540 eligible.

Application Process 

  1. Apply to attend Evergreen Valley College
  2. Submit the AB540 form to the Admissions & Records Office
  3. Submit the Fall 2026 OASISS Program Application

Upon the start of the semester, we will send you a confirmation email determining if you are eligible for OASISS or not. Please note that your OASISS application must be submitted every semester to remain in the program.

*If you are undocumented and currently ineligible for AB540, you may be eligible for the Non-Resident Tuition Fee Waiver for 6 or fewer units. Ask us how!
