Health Services is not an emergency services provider, and is a not a replacement for ongoing long-term primary care (continuity of care).
For life threatening emergencies, please call campus police at 408-270-6468 or 911.
Health appointments are not available during Winter & Summer Intercession. Will Resume Fall 2026.

Services & Price List
Our comprehensive range of health and medical services for enrolled students includes:
- General Appointments with the nurse practitioner
- Physical Examinations for employment, camps, and school requirements
- Well Person Exam (Pap Smears and Breast Exams)
- Family planning and Birth Control counseling: Prescriptions, Plan B/Emergency Contraceptive, Condoms, Free Pregnancy Test, and Referrals
- TB test available to students
- Low-Cost Adult Immunizations, including free influenza
- Low-Cost Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) Screenings and Treatments
- Blood Pressure Checks and Basic Vision Screenings
- Referrals to Community Health Agencies
